Job description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be eager to build a career in human resources. The candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and other day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Update and maintain recruitment databases and reports.
- Support attendance, leave records, and other HR operations.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) candidates are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
