Clinical trainer : MBBS Doctor – Clinical Trainer
About the Role
We are looking for an MBBS Doctor – Clinical Trainer to join our team and serve as a clinical expert for our portfolio of aesthetic derma products and aesthetic medical devices.
The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for providing clinical education, product training, demonstrations, and scientific support to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, cosmetologists, sales teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and a genuine interest in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, and advanced aesthetic technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical and product training for internal sales teams, distributors, doctors, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver training on the company's portfolio of aesthetic derma products, cosmeceuticals, skin treatments, and aesthetic medical devices.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical workshops, hands-on training, and scientific sessions as required.
- Explain product mechanism of action, indications, contraindications, protocols, treatment procedures, precautions, and patient selection.
- Develop and deliver clinical training modules, presentations, SOPs, product guides, and educational content.
- Support the sales team during doctor meetings, product launches, workshops, conferences, and clinical events.
- Provide scientific and clinical inputs to the sales and marketing teams for effective product positioning.
- Engage with Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Aesthetic Physicians, and Cosmetologists to provide product-related clinical education.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and leading aesthetic practitioners.
- Stay updated on the latest developments, treatment protocols, technologies, and trends in aesthetic medicine and dermatology.
- Collect clinical feedback from doctors and customers and communicate relevant insights to the Clinical, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Support new product launches by developing clinical training strategies and educational programs.
- Ensure that all training and product communication is scientifically accurate and aligned with applicable regulatory and company guidelines.
- Travel to different cities/regions for training programs, workshops, conferences, and customer engagements as required.

Candidate Profile
- MBBS is mandatory.
- Additional qualification in Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine, Cosmetology, or relevant clinical training will be an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, medical devices, clinical training, or a related healthcare segment preferred.
- Candidates with experience working with aesthetic devices, injectables, skincare, lasers, energy-based devices, or dermatology products will be preferred.
- Strong clinical understanding and ability to translate complex medical concepts into simple, practical training.
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
- Confident in conducting doctor-facing clinical sessions and hands-on demonstrations.
- Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, treatment procedures, indications, contraindications, and safety practices.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
