We are currently looking for a talented Founder's office/Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon, where your skills can truly make an impact. This role will report to CEO where you'll be building programs from the ground up, identify gaps, drive execution, follow through aggressively, and get things unstuck across teams. The role requires high ownership, strong problem- solving ability, and an execution-first mindset. You will work closely with leadership on operational priorities, process improvements, special projects,
and business-critical initiatives across functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO on high-priority business and operational initiatives
- Drive execution across cross-functional projects and ensure strong follow-through and closure of action items
- Identify operational bottlenecks, solve problems proactively, and improve business processes
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely execution, accountability, and alignment
- Independently manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Build scalable processes and improve execution efficiency across teams
- Operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth, and fast-paced environments
- Leverage AI tools and technology in day-to-day work to improve productivity and execution speed
