Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams to drive project success.
- Skilled in risk management and issue resolution within agile frameworks.
- Competence in using project management tools to track progress and report status.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
