Job Title: Senior Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (100% Work from Office)
Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Timings: Night Shift (6 PM to 3 AM)
Salary: (Negotiable based on experience + Attractive Incentives)
Role & responsibilities
- Market and place H1B, GC, USC, EAD, and OPT consultants on contract, contract-to-hire.
- Should be able to lead a team of 2 or 3 members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients across the US staffing market.
- Identify suitable requirements from job portals, vendor networks, and client relationships, and match consultants based on technical skills and project requirements.
- Negotiating the bill rates with the Vendors and targeting the best.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage the offer and onboarding process until placement.
Preferred candidate profile
- 7+ years of experience as a US Bench Sales Recruiter.
- Proven experience marketing H1B, GC, USC, EAD, and OPT consultants.
- Hands on Experience Working on LINKEDIN.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Strong network of implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
- Hands-on experience with US staffing processes, rate negotiation, and consultant marketing.
