We are looking for a passionate, disciplined, and creative Bharatanatyam teacher to join our online dance institution full-time. The role includes both teaching responsibilities and active involvement in developing educational content, choreography, and learning materials for students across different levels.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Bharatanatyam, good communication skills, and the ability to engage students effectively in an online learning environment.
Work Structure
- 4–5 hours daily: Dedicated teaching session
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching Responsibilities
- Conduct online Bharatanatyam classes for children and adults
- Teach students across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
- Maintain discipline, class structure, and student engagement
- Provide corrections, guidance, and regular feedback to students
- Support students in practice routines, performances, and examinations
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams regarding attendance and student progress
Requirements
- Strong training in Bharatanatyam with practical teaching experience
- Ability to teach online confidently and professionally
- Passion for teaching and willingness to contribute beyond classroom sessions
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to long-term growth

Pay: ₹10,121.13 - ₹39,582.65 per month
