About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and a chance to work closely with an experienced HR team.
Responsibilities

Source high-quality candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic HR discussion

Coordinate interviews across stakeholders and ensure seamless candidate experienc

Manage and optimize job postings across platform

Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Keka Hiro) and ensure process hygien

Support pipeline building for priority roles (DevOps, Sales, FDE, etc.

Assist in preparing hiring dashboards and weekly recruitment report

Contribute ideas to improve sourcing efficiency and reduce TAT
Requirement

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

High ownership and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Comfortable with cold calling and candidate outreach

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Working knowledge of MS Excel & basic reporting

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
