- Teach undergraduate students of all the courses. (BBA/B.Com./BCA/B/Sc.)
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops that foster critical thinking and practical application of concepts.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters, including thesis supervision and professional development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other academic activities to contribute to the overall functioning of the institution.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation processes to ensure academic excellence.
- Required PG in relevant subject with 55% marks along with NET/SLET/SET/Ph.D.
