About the Role
We're building our in-house creative team and are looking for a talented Content Editor & Designer who is equally comfortable editing videos and creating compelling graphic designs.
This is a hands-on role for a creative professional who can transform raw footage and creative briefs into engaging content across social media, digital platforms, events, and brand communications.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing (50%)
- Edit short-form content including Reels, Instagram Stories, event recaps, and community-focused content
- Edit occasional long-form content such as YouTube videos and feature stories
- Enhance videos through pacing, sound design, basic colour correction, and storytelling techniques
- Deliver high-quality edits within tight turnaround timelines when required
Graphic Design (50%)
- Design social media creatives, posters, event collateral, and marketing assets
- Create print and digital materials aligned with brand guidelines
- Maintain consistency across all visual communications
- Support brand campaigns with creative visual concepts and designs
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain creative assets, footage, templates, and design files
- Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams
- Participate in creative reviews and implement feedback effectively
Requirements Must-Have
- 1–3 years of experience in both Video Editing and Graphic Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing both video and design work
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of social media content formats
- Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with After Effects and motion graphics
- Knowledge of Figma
- Basic colour grading and sound design skills
- Experience creating content for sports, fitness, lifestyle, or community brands
- Interest in sports, outdoor activities, or fitness communities
