Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and industrial customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and other internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain sales reports, and achieve business targets.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- 2–9 years of experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing, industrial, electrical, or electronics sector.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and provide solution-based sales support.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP software.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sanand, Gujarat (Sanand): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
