Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering exceptional hospitality throughout their stay. This role is responsible for handling guest arrivals and departures, responding to inquiries, coordinating guest services, and creating memorable experiences while maintaining the unique standards of a houseboat or waterfront property.
Key Responsibilities Guest Reception & Check-in/Check-out
- Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Verify reservations, collect required documentation, and process payments.
- Provide guests with information about property facilities, safety guidelines, and available services.
Guest Relations
- Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Ensure personalized service and maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and coordinate solutions with relevant departments.
- Assist guests with local sightseeing recommendations, transportation arrangements, and activity bookings.
Reservation & Communication
- Manage room/houseboat reservations and update booking systems accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and operations teams to ensure guest readiness.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and reports.Desired Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
