Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Senior Nurse to join our premium Aesthetic & Dermatology Clinic. The ideal candidate should have experience in aesthetic procedures, patient counselling, and assisting dermatologists in providing high-quality skin and cosmetic treatments.
EligibilityEducation
- B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
- GNM candidates may also apply; however, B.Sc. Nursing is preferred.
Registration
- Valid registration with the Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council.
Experience
- Minimum 4–7 years of total nursing experience.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an Aesthetic or Dermatology Clinic.
Required Clinical Exposure
- Laser treatments (Hair Removal, Pigmentation, Skin Rejuvenation)
- Chemical Peels
- Pre- and Post-Procedure Patient Care
- Assisting doctors during Botox and Dermal Filler procedures
- Skin Analysis and Consultation Support
- Maintaining patient records and treatment documentation
Preferred Certifications
- Laser Safety Certification
- Aesthetic / Dermatology Assistant Training
- BLS / ACLS Certification
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dermatologists during aesthetic and cosmetic procedures.
- Prepare patients before procedures and provide post-treatment care.
- Perform skin assessments and support treatment planning.
- Ensure infection control, sterilization, and hygiene standards.
- Counsel patients regarding skincare treatments and post-procedure care.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures.
- Maintain treatment records and clinic documentation.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of aesthetic equipment.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain a premium clinic experience.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of skin types and aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent patient counselling and communication skills.
- Ability to ethically recommend treatment packages.
- Professional appearance and patient-centric attitude.
- Ability to manage high-expectation clients with confidence and empathy.
