Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of accounting experience (industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books, SAP, or ERP systems).
- Experience preparing financial statements and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience working in the Printing, Publishing, Manufacturing, or Signage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost accounting is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Required)
