commissioning and long-term support. We are looking for people who care deeply about customer
experience, ownership, and solving problems proactively.
What You’ll Do
● Handle customer communication across calls, WhatsApp, and email
● Coordinate with installation, technical, and commissioning teams for issue resolution
● Manage customer expectations proactively during installation and commissioning delays
● Resolve customer concerns related to:
○ Installation timelines
○ BESCOM / net metering updates
○ Solar generation queries
○ EMI / financing coordination
○ Service and maintenance requests
● Track and update customer tickets in CRM
● Follow up internally to ensure closure on pending tasks
● Maintain clear documentation and status updates
● Escalate critical customer issues on time

● Strong ownership and follow-through
● Calm under pressure, especially during escalations
● High customer empathy
● Structured problem-solving approach
● Clear and professional communication skills
● Ability to coordinate across multiple teams
● Good written communication for WhatsApp and email handling
Preferred
● Experience in operations or customer support
● Basic understanding of solar systems or willingness to learn quickly
● Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and ticketing systems
