About the Role
Ubitter Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive Intern to support our procurement and supply chain operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in vendor management, purchase coordination, inventory monitoring, and procurement documentation within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing materials, components, and services from approved vendors.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Coordinate with the Stores, Production, and Accounts departments for procurement activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
- Assist in negotiating with suppliers under the guidance of senior management.
- Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Perform other procurement and administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Eligibility
- BTECH DEGREE IN EEE/ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with basic knowledge of procurement are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
