Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Education Counsellor with a strong background in the EdTech industry, specifically in IT course counselling and sales. This role is strictly for candidates who have prior experience in EdTech. The ideal candidate will be skilled in guiding prospective students toward career-oriented IT programs and consistently driving admissions. Candidates based in Pune will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.

Understand students’ career goals and recommend relevant IT courses (e.g., Software Development, Data Science, Cloud Computing).

Clearly explain course details including curriculum, fees, outcomes, and career prospects.

Convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective counselling and sales techniques.

Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong understanding of IT training programs and current industry trends.

Proven track record in EdTech sales/admissions with target achievement.

Strong counselling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of relevant EdTech experience (mandatory) in IT course counselling and sales.
