Role Summary
We are seeking a hungry, versatile Associate Consultant to join our team. This is a unique hybrid role designed for an upcoming trainer who wants to master the art of corporate facilitation while actively contributing to the company's growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities (leads) and serving as the 'second-in-command' during our signature workshops.
CRITICAL: This role requires strict adherence to [Company Name]’s internal policies and pedagogical standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Outreach (50%)
· Identify and research potential corporate clients or internal departments that align with our workshop offerings.
· Conduct initial outreach via LinkedIn, email, and discovery calls using approved company scripts and branding.
· Maintain the CRM (Lead Database) and schedule discovery meetings for the lead consultant.
· Target: Generate [X] qualified leads/meetings per month.
2. Workshop Co-Facilitation (40%)
· Support the Lead Trainer during live workshops (virtual or in-person).
· Manage technical logistics: Breakout rooms, interactive polls, whiteboard tools (Miro/Mural), and chat moderation.
· Deliver specific 'Policy Mini-Modules' or icebreakers exactly as outlined in our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Document participant questions and feedback for post-session reporting.
3. Content & Compliance Maintenance (10%)
· Update training decks and handouts hourly to ensure all data and policies are current.
· Ensure all IP created remains within the company’s secure folders and follows branding guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
· Experience: 0–2 years in training, public speaking, or corporate HR. Sales/Customer Success background preferred.
· Coachability: Ability to take direct feedback and mirror the Lead Trainer’s style and company procedures.
· Tech Savvy: Proficient with Zoom/Teams, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
· Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills.
· Reliability: Ability to work on an 'as-needed' basis triggered by lead volume.
Compensation Structure
- Administrative/Lead Gen Rate: ₹[Insert Amount] per hour.
