Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets for assigned real estate projects.
- Generating business through existing customers and creating new opportunities.
- Conducting sales meetings and ensuring target achievements.
- Coordinating between customers and company regarding project updates, pricing, and launches.
- Preparing regular sales reports for top management.
- Expanding customer base and increasing business opportunities.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of projects, competitors, and industry trends.
- Updating lead management portal daily.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM (Marketing) – Batch 2027
- BBA
Competency Requirements:
- Strong selling & negotiation skills.
- Client interaction and relationship management.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written).
- Team player, networking skills, systematic approach, initiative taker.
Other Requirements:
- Laptop and mobile mandatory.
- Dress Code: Formals
- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)
- Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
