Position Summary
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for driving the hotel’s financial performance through strategic pricing, forecasting, and inventory management. This role leverages data-driven insights to optimize revenue across all segments while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This position will play a key role in maximizing RevPar, market share, and overall profitability.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute pricing and revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and overall profitability

Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance

Monitor and adjust pricing strategies in real-time based on demand fluctuations and market conditions

Lead weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes

Optimize business mix across transient, group, and wholesale segments, including group pricing and displacement analysis

Manage room inventory and distribution across all channels (brand.com, OTAs, GDS, wholesale)

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue strategies and drive demand

Utilize revenue management systems and reporting tools to generate insights and support decision-making

Ensure data accuracy and compliance with Hyatt systems, standards, and processes protected veteran status.
