Good understanding of SDWAN.Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS, MPLS, SDWAN)- Monitoring Network Alerts and raise ticket in case of alert or issue- Follow-up and trouble shooting along with ISP for linkdown issues.- Investigate L2, L3 layer switch related issues in network.- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment & Services including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, DHCP, load balancers, VPN, QoS.
