We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping operations of the resort. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining cleanliness standards, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, managing linen and cleaning supplies, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff.
- Assign daily duties and prepare duty rosters.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and ready before guest check-in.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards of the housekeeping team.
- Maintain inventory of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments for room status and repair requests.
- Train new staff on housekeeping procedures and SOPs.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints promptly.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
- Monitor stock consumption and minimize wastage.
- Prepare daily reports on room status, lost & found, inventory, and housekeeping activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping operations within hotels, resorts, or hospitality establishments.
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Attendant preferred.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and cleaning procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
