Job Title: Process Associate- Insurance Verification
- Qualification: 10+2/Any Graduate
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Medicaid, Medicare)
- Familiarity with ADA codes, coverage types, fee schedules, downgrades, and benefit interpretation
- Ability to verify eligibility, frequencies, limitations, deductibles, waiting periods, and annual maximums
- Experience with dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Strong communication, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle walk‑ins, add‑ons, and emergency verifications
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email tools
Experienced – Preferred:
- 1–2 years in dental/medical verification
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- US dental office/RCM experience
- Ability to manage high‑volume verification tasks
- Familiarity with benefit breakdown templates
