Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the remote Inside Sales/Demo team.
- Conduct online product demos for schools.
- Monitor team performance and sales KPIs.
- Ensure timely lead follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Coach team members to improve conversions.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of Inside Sales/Pre-Sales/EdTech/SaaS experience.
- 1–2 years of remote team management experience.
- Strong online demo and customer engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership.
- Experience with CRM and sales reporting.
- Preferred: EdTech or School ERP experience.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
