Pompee VFX Animation Studios is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in B2B sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and approach potential clients in Animation, VFX, Media, Advertising, and related industries.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Experience in the Media, IT, Animation, VFX, or Creative industry is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
