Performance Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
Sikara Clinics is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns that generate quality leads for our skin, hair, and aesthetic services.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Generate quality leads while optimizing Cost Per Lead (CPL) and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Work with the creative team on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience in healthcare or aesthetics is a plus.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
