Job Summary:
A Quality Inspector is responsible for examining raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications. They use precision measuring tools, conduct tests, and document findings to `maintain quality control.
Key Responsibilities
· Inspect, test, and evaluate motor components and finished products for defects and deviations from specifications.
· Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
· Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions.
· Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance manufacturing processes.
· Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
· Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
· Conduct audits and assist in implementing quality control procedures.
