About the Role
Cevex Events and Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Architect to design and visualize innovative event spaces, stage setups, exhibition booths, and experiential environments. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drawing skills, expertise in design software, and the ability to transform client requirements into practical and visually appealing event concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and architectural designs for events, exhibitions, conferences, weddings, and corporate activations.
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, technical plans, elevations, and production-ready designs.
- Create realistic renderings and visual presentations for client proposals.
- Coordinate with the production, fabrication, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and feasibility assessments.
- Ensure all designs comply with venue regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Assist in material selection, stage design, exhibition booth planning, and branding integration.
- Manage design revisions based on client feedback and project needs.
- Support event setup and provide on-site design guidance when required.
Required Skills & Software Knowledge
Candidates must have hands-on experience with:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Lumion
- Revit (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Event Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event architecture, exhibition design, event production, or related industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing event, exhibition, or experiential design projects.
- Excellent visualization, drafting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
