**Position:** Office Coordinator – Customer Support & Marketing
**Location:** Shakti Nagar, Delhi
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handling phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
* Managing customer orders and preparing dispatch reports
* Coordinating with production and logistics teams
* Following up with clients for orders, payments, and feedback
* Supporting sales and marketing activities
* Assisting in email campaigns, social media updates, and promotional initiatives
* Maintaining customer databases and updating records in Excel/CRM systems
**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of marketing and customer relationship management
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
