We are looking for a Commis I/II to help our chefs prepare tasty and authentic Peruvian and Latin American dishes. You will support the kitchen team and keep your section clean, organized, and ready for service.

Help prepare and cook dishes following RIKO’s standards.

Support the Chef de Partie in running your section.

Prepare ingredients and make sure your station is ready before service.

Keep food quality, taste, and portions consistent.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleaning rules.

Help with stock rotation and reducing food waste.

Keep your work area clean and organized.

Learn new recipes and skills from senior chefs.

Work well with the team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

1–2 years of kitchen experience (experience with Peruvian or Latin food is a plus).

Basic cooking skills and ability to follow instructions.

Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety.
-
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-
Able to work under pressure and in flexible shifts.
-
Culinary training or certification is an advantage.
