SmartRoots delivers AI-powered digital solutions that help local governments across the United States modernize citizen engagement and public services. We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional who has worked with the US market and has a proven track record of outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects across the United States and Canada.
- Identify and qualify B2B decision-makers through proactive prospecting.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
- Handle objections confidently and build interest through consultative conversations.
- Maintain accurate prospect records, activities, and follow-ups in CRM (HubSpot or equivalent).
- Follow up consistently via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to nurture prospects.
- Work closely with the Business Development and technical teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, conversations, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of US or North America outbound calling experience
- iProven experience in outbound cold calling and prospecting
- Experience booking sales meetings, appointments, demos, or discovery calls for a Business Development or Sales team
- Hands-on experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or similar
- Excellent spoken English with a confident and professional phone presence
- Comfortable working the 2 PM – 11 PM IST shift on a long-term basis
- Mumbai-based candidates willing to work from the office
