Job Title: Factory Manager cum Production Manager
Location: Loni, Ghaziabad
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day factory and production operations.
- Plan, monitor, and ensure timely production of electrical/energy products.
- Supervise production staff and maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and adherence to safety standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience as a Fitter with strong knowledge of assembly and production processes is mandatory.
- Experience in electrical panel manufacturing/assembly is also required.
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
