Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Medical Officer to join a reputed Women’s Hospital in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should hold a BHMS or BAMS qualification. Experience in Gynaecology and IVF will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate medical care.
- Attend to patients in OPD/IPD as required.
- Assist consultants and senior doctors in patient management.
- Take patient histories and perform clinical examinations.
- Monitor patients and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist with patient care before and after procedures.
- Coordinate with nursing and other hospital staff to ensure effective patient care.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and escalate cases to senior doctors when required.
- Follow hospital clinical protocols and standards.
- Maintain professional communication with patients and their attendants.
Candidate Requirements
- BHMS / BAMS qualification.
- Valid registration with the relevant medical council.
- Experience in Gynaecology preferred.
- Experience in IVF / Fertility care will be an added advantage.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work rotational day and night shifts.
