Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in itinerary planning and travel package preparation
2. Coordinate domestic and international ticket bookings
3. Support hotel reservations and travel arrangements
4. Maintain travel records and customer documentation
5. Communicate with vendors, airlines, and travel partners
6. Handle customer inquiries and provide travel-related assistance
7. Perform basic administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet Browsing)
3. Good communication and organizational skills
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
5. Interest in the travel and tourism industry
