Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and proactive Office Admin Executive to oversee our corporate office operations and facility management. In this role, you will manage workplace infrastructure, coordinate corporate vendors, and provide vital operational support to ensure a seamless, efficient, and professional workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facility Management: Supervise workplace infrastructure, oversee facility upkeep, and manage external maintenance contractors and service vendors.
- Front Office Hospitality: Manage the front desk, receive corporate clients, handle executive switchboard calls, and manage incoming/outgoing secure business couriers.
- Logistics Administrative Support: Coordinate the dispatch, receipt, and internal tracking of critical original shipping documents (like OBLs, Delivery Orders, and Customs bank guarantees) to ensure no transit delays.
- Vendor & Procurement Coordination: Negotiate contracts and manage relations with corporate vendors for internet, AMC, utilities, and logistics stationery (printed house bills of lading, letterheads).
- Petty Cash & Expense Logging: Oversee daily petty cash distribution, verify administrative vendor invoices, and coordinate with accounts for timely disbursements.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain corporate registers including asset tracking, visitor logs, and administrative files while ensuring adherence to basic safety norms.
- Executive Support: Assist management with meeting logistics, travel desk arrangements, and basic data compilation for internal reporting.
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in corporate office administration, front office management, or hospitality.
- Strong professional communication skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and corporate emailing.
- Excellent organizational and vendor-management skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
