Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including documentation, account setup coordination, and new hire orientation.
- Coordinate employee offboarding, ensuring smooth completion of exit formalities, account deactivation, and asset recovery.
- Process employee transfers, promotions, role changes, and other employment status updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Prepare and issue HR documents, including offer letters, employment letters, experience letters, and other official correspondence.
- Collaborate with IT and department managers to facilitate new hire onboarding and employee transitions.
- Update and maintain the HRIS, organizational charts, and employee databases.
- Monitor employee probation periods and coordinate timely confirmation processes.
- Assist in managing employee leave, attendance records, and related documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and applicable employment regulations.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, data management, and administrative projects.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee HR-related queries.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity when handling employee information.
Requirements:
- Candidate must hold a relevant degree in Human Resources (HR).
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
- Should have their own laptop and a reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
