Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and desktops.
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
- Assemble and upgrade computer systems and components.
- Perform routine maintenance and system health checks.
- Handle laptop and desktop formatting, OS installation, and data backup.
- Assist customers with basic technical support and product-related queries.
- Test and verify systems before delivery to customers.
- Maintain service records and repair documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team for product demonstrations and technical support.
- Ensure timely completion of service and repair tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest computer hardware and technology trends.
Requirements
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Understanding of Windows installation, software troubleshooting, and system configuration.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Willingness to learn and work in a customer-focused environment.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in computer hardware, laptop service, or technical support will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of laptop and desktop repair.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting.
- Experience with printer installation and peripheral devices will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
