We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage payroll, statutory compliance, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes for our manufacturing operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll for employees and workers.
- Prepare payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, shifts, leave, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Verify attendance, overtime, and shift data before payroll processing.
- Generate salary registers, bank advice, payslips, and payroll MIS.
- Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employees' State Insurance (ESIC)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- Bonus Act
- Gratuity Act
- Payment of Wages Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Factories Act
- Shops & Establishments Act (where applicable)
- Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
- Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and compliance consultants.
- Support statutory inspections and labour audits.
Attendance & Shift Management
- Monitor attendance using biometric and HRMS systems.
- Manage shift schedules, overtime records, and weekly offs.
- Coordinate with department heads for attendance reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with shift, overtime, and working-hour regulations.
HR Operations
- Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Transfer Letters, Experience Letters, and Relieving Letters.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Update employee information in HRMS.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage joining formalities and documentation.
- Process employee exits and clearance.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Respond to employee payroll and statutory queries.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR and payroll reports.
- Generate manpower reports, absenteeism reports, overtime reports, and compliance dashboards.
- Maintain payroll reconciliation and statutory records.
Audit & Compliance
- Support internal, statutory, and labour audits.
- Ensure HR documentation is audit-ready.
- Maintain statutory registers and employee records in line with legal requirements.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Certification in Labour Laws or Payroll Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, and Statutory Compliance.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial setup is preferred.
- Experience handling payroll for blue-collar and white-collar employees is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Good understanding of labour laws applicable to manufacturing units.
- Experience handling contract labour compliance.
- Ability to manage payroll and compliance independently.
- Strong coordination skills with Finance, Plant Operations, and external consultants.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
