The Mother Teacher will be responsible for handling one complete pre-primary class and taking care of the children’s learning, discipline, safety, and overall development in a caring and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete class independently.
- Teach basic subjects and activities to pre-primary students.
- Take care of students’ learning, behavior, and daily classroom activities.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
- Prepare simple lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Help children develop communication, social, and motor skills.
- Monitor students’ progress and share updates with parents.
- Maintain attendance and classroom records.
- Ensure students’ safety and hygiene at all times.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant discipline.
- B.Ed./D.Ed./NTT preferred
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in pre-primary teaching will be an added advantage.
