About the Role We are looking for an experienced and responsible Finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting, receivables, payables, banking, reconciliations, and financial reporting for our logistics business. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. * Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Prepare and monitor customer outstanding reports and payment follow-ups. * Coordinate with customers for timely collection of outstanding payments. * Verify vendor bills, freight bills, expenses, and supporting documents. * Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules. * Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations. * Maintain proper records of invoices, credit/debit notes, receipts, and payments. * Prepare monthly MIS reports related to revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, and cash flow. * Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements. * Coordinate with operations and billing teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. * Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements in coordination with consultants. * Assist in audits and provide required financial documents and reports. * Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls. * Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting and reconciliation issues. * Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely closure of books. Preferred Skills * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes. * Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation. * Experience in logistics/transportation industry will be an advantage. * Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP. * Good analytical and reconciliation skills. * Strong follow-up and communication skills. * Ability to manage receivables and vendor payments effectively. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Qualifications * B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent. * 3–7 years of relevant experience. * Candidates with logistics, transport, or fleet-company finance experience preferred.
Pay: ₹562,981.23 - ₹1,904,937.44 per year
