Job Title: Business Development Manager – Commercial Design & Build
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our commercial design and build operations. You will be the face of our company, driving revenue growth by securing high-value corporate fit-out projects, co-working spaces, and enterprise office transformations. You will bridge the gap between client requirements and our internal design and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Networking: Identify new business opportunities by networking with corporate clients, real estate brokers, property managers, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs).
- Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to understand their spatial requirements, brand identity, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- Proposal Management: Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare competitive cost estimates, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and visually compelling commercial pitches.
- Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations, manage client objections, and successfully secure project work orders and advance payments.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Track leads, follow-ups, and sales forecasts using CRM software, and report directly to senior management.
- Project Handover: Ensure a smooth transition of the closed account to the project execution and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven B2B sales/business development experience in commercial interiors, corporate fit-outs, or architectural turnkey solutions.
- Industry Network: Strong existing network of corporate clients, architects, and real estate consultants in the Delhi/NCR region is highly preferred.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of workplace design trends, commercial leasing, and corporate infrastructure needs.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Real Estate is considered a strong advantage.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
