Frozen Fun is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our team in delivering an exceptional experience built around high-quality gelato, specialty coffee, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Oversee daily operations and team performance during assigned shifts to ensure exceptional customer experience, product quality, and compliance.
Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and direct Café Team Members. Handle on-the-spot coaching and disciplinary issues.
Operations: Ensure smooth floor operations, manage inventory levels, and handle cash reconciliation (cashing up/deposits).
Quality & Speed: Maintain high standards for gelato and coffee preparation, focusing on speed, accuracy, and presentation.
Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and store opening/closing procedures.
Customer Care: Resolve complex customer issues and ensure a welcoming café atmosphere.
Proven leadership experience, strong decision-making skills, and deep product knowledge.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
