Job Summary:
We are hiring a Field Executive for collections who will be responsible for visiting customers to recover overdue payments. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally in field situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers at their residence or workplace to collect pending dues
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery
- Explain outstanding amounts, payment terms, and resolve queries
- Negotiate payment plans with customers when required
- Maintain daily visit reports and collection records
- Coordinate with telecalling and backend teams for case updates
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal compliance during collections
- Handle customer objections calmly and professionally
- Achieve monthly collection targets
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / PUC / Graduate
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps for reporting (Vymo / collection apps)
- Prior experience in collections / recovery is preferred
