Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Call and manage high-volume daily bulk leads.
- Sales Conversion: Pitch event services and maintain a strong conversion rate.
- Follow-ups: Maintain data and follow up with potential clients to close deals.
Requirements
- Languages: Fluent in Bengali & Hindi (Mandatory); Basic English.
- Skills: Strong convincing power, persistence, and target-driven mindset.
- Experience: Prior telecalling/sales experience is preferred (Freshers with great communication can apply).
