Key Responsibilities
- Stay at the premises and provide continuous oversight of the property.
- Ensure the safety, security, and cleanliness of the entire property.
- Monitor entry and exit of visitors, vendors, and service personnel.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, gardens, utilities, and common areas.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues, repairs, and breakdowns.
- Monitor water supply, electrical systems, pumps, generators, and other utilities.
- Maintain records of visitors, maintenance activities, and inventory.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and take necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with property rules and regulations.
- Support management in property-related administrative activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Caretaker, Supervisor, Security In-charge, or similar role.
- Ability to stay on-site and provide round-the-clock property supervision.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling outdoor duties.
- Honest, reliable, and self-disciplined.
- Ability to coordinate with residents, vendors, and service providers
- Age 35 to 50
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
