We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can independently handle and lead the company's global marketing operations.
Job Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the complete digital ecosystem of the brand, including strategy, execution, team coordination, automation, international campaigns, lead generation, CRM systems, and brand communication.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with international brands and should be capable of handling all major areas of digital marketing professionally and independently.
Key Responsibilities: Complete Marketing Management
- Handle the complete digital marketing operations of the company globally.
- Build and execute long-term international marketing strategies.
- Manage branding, positioning, audience growth, and lead generation across multiple countries.
- Ensure premium international brand communication across all digital platforms.
Team Management & Coordination
Coordinate and manage the internal marketing team including:
- Graphic Designers
- Video Editors
- Social Media Executives
- Content Creators
- Freelancers & Agencies
Responsibilities include:
- Assign tasks and review deliverables.
- Maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and content schedules.
- Maintain communication between management and marketing teams.
- Planning monthly content calendars.
- Developing strategies for:
- Reels
- Carousels
- Static Posts
- Educational Content
- Brand Campaigns
- Monitoring engagement, audience growth, and platform performance.
Performance Marketing
Handle and optimize:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Retargeting Campaigns
- Conversion Campaigns
- Lead Generation Campaigns
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and improving ROI, CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
- Scaling profitable campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing lead pipelines and customer journeys.
- Building automated workflows for:
- Lead nurturing
- Client onboarding
- Email campaigns
- WhatsApp communication
- Coordinating CRM integration with marketing activities.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Plan and execute:
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns
- Broadcast Campaigns
- Automated Customer Flows
Focus on improving customer engagement and conversion rates through automation.
SEO & Website Management
Manage and improve:
- On-Page SEO
- Off-Page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Keyword Research
- Blog Strategy
Coordinate with developers for website improvements and landing pages.
International Brand Experience
Candidate must have previous experience working with:
- International Brands
- Global Markets
- Multi-country campaigns
- Premium/Luxury brands
Understanding of global audience behavior and international branding standards is highly preferred.
