Role and Responsibility:
- Understanding the Client's Requirements.
- Sourcing and screening candidates for different requirements through job portals & other sources.
- Responsible for interacting with candidates, initial screening, taking telephonic interviews, shortlisting them, and scheduling interviews.
- Following up on the interview process status & completing the joining formalities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
