Geeken Chemicals India Limited is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive for its Corporate Office. We are seeking a professional with hands-on experience in the Agrochemical Manufacturing Industry who can independently manage customer accounts, coordinate with the Sales Team, and handle complete accounting operations without requiring training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer (party) ledgers and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding orders, billing, dispatches, collections, credit limits, and outstanding payments.
- Prepare and verify sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and customer account statements.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up for outstanding collections.
- Handle GST, TDS, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bills.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny, and Journal Entries.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
- Generate Sales Reports, Outstanding Reports, Collection Reports, and Management Reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Logistics, and Warehouse teams for smooth business operations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Support Internal, Statutory, and GST Audits.
- Maintain accounting records in ERP/Tally Prime with complete accuracy.
Candidate Profile
- B.Com / M.Com (Commerce background mandatory).
- Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in the Agrochemical Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Accounting, Sales Accounting, Receivables, GST, TDS, Banking, MIS Reporting, and Financial Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and Tally Prime.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.

Important Note
Only candidates from the Agrochemical Manufacturing Industry will be considered.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in handling customer accounts, sales coordination, receivables, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and corporate accounting. The selected candidate must be capable of independently managing responsibilities from the first day of joining.
