Core Responsibilities
- Customer Intake: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and conduct initial walk-around inspections (recording fuel level, existing scratches, and mileage).
- Job Cards & Estimation: Create repair orders detailing the work required and provide the customer with accurate cost and labor time estimates.
- Technician Coordination: Communicate customer needs clearly to the mechanics and monitor the progress of repairs to meet promised delivery times.
- Customer Updates: Keep clients informed of repair status, obtain approval for any additional required work, and explain final invoices in simple terms.
- Quality Check & Delivery: Verify that all requested work has been completed correctly and explain maintenance procedures before handing the vehicle back.
Key Skills Required
- Automotive Knowledge: Understanding of 4-wheeler parts, general mechanical issues, and maintenance requirements.
- Communication: Ability to translate technical jargon into clear, non-technical language for the customer.
- Sales & Up-selling: Confidently recommending preventative maintenance and value-added services (e.g., wheel alignment, polish, additives) without compromising trust.
- Time Management & Organization: Balancing multiple customer vehicles and technician workloads simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree is typically preferred.
