CAM Programmer
Software: UG NX or SolidCAM
Core Responsibilities
- Program Generation: Translate 3D CAD models and blueprints into machine-readable G-code using CAM software.
- Process Optimization: Select optimal speeds, feeds, depths of cut, and cutting tool paths to reduce cycle times.
- Simulation & Validation: Run software simulations to verify tool paths and prevent machine collisions or errors.
- Fixture Design: Design or plan specialized workholding fixtures and setups for complex machining operations.
- Shop Floor Support: Troubleshoot production errors, refine live programs, and assist CNC operators during component prove-outs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate setup sheets, tool lists, and quality compliance logs.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
