Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on and process-driven Production Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of our robotics production line. This role requires planning, resource allocation, manpower supervision, and continuous process optimization to ensure timely and quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Control
- Plan daily production activities and ensure alignment with delivery targets
- Coordinate with stores and purchase team for material availability
2. Team Supervision
- Supervise floor staff, technicians, and machine operators
- Allocate manpower and shift duties
3. Process Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain daily production logs, quality records, and performance KPIs
- Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions
4. Coordination with Quality & R&D Teams
- Collaborate with QC and design teams to resolve production issues
- Ensure design compliance in assemblies and fittings
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering
- 3–6 years of production line experience, preferably in hardware or robotics
- Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing
